After self-teaching myself from a young age, I have had some very big roles in my career as a relief chef, catering for Hugh Grant, Kiera Knightly, Robert Vaughn, The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Kings of Leon, and the crew and the cast for the well known TV show 'Broadchurch'.
